We actually have 6 brand new brackets that we are selling.  We ordered too many of these during the period of time that we were mounting the NEC plasma monitors in area superstores.  These are brand new even though some of the boxes have been opened.  Comes with all necessary mounting hardware and tools.

Does not come with a ceiling plate.
