INFORMATION FOR FILMMAKERS

Jolliff Digital Production (JDP) has opened an online independent film & music store entitled GOODINDIE.com.

We currently carry limited titles with great success and would love to add your endeavor to our selection. GOODINDIE.com is also looking for independent music projects to expand our store.

This is a great opportunity for those of you who have a website with limited or no e-commerce capabilities, or worse yet, no website at all to promote/sell your work. If your online shoppers can only pay via PayPal or money order, not having the ability to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover is causing you to lose sales. The GOODINDIE store has invested a significant amount of financing into a SECURE shopping cart system for our consumers. Don’t turn potential customers away!

If you would like your DVD/CD to be sold via the GOODINDIE online store, please review the process below:

• Provide at least 6 copies of the DVD or CD so that online shoppers can expect immediate shipping. VHS will also be accepted.  5 of the copies will be sold on the site and the 6th will be kept for in-house promotional purposes.
• Depending on the rate that your product sells, you will be contacted and additional copies will be requested when supplies diminish enough to warrant more inventory (probably 1 or 2 left in stock)
• GOODINDIE also requests that you supply artwork, photos, trailers, and/or text so that we may provide information about your film in a clear and concise manner. We can provide a profile on the GOODINDIE site and redirect shoppers to your site for more information about your work
• GOODINDIE will create a presence in the STORE section of the site using the information and artwork provided. It will consist of some but not necessarily all of the following info LINKS:
  • - display recent coverage of your work in newspapers, magazines, or web articles
  • - trailers and video clips / music samples
  • - provides information about those involved with your video / film production
  • - displays information about you or your work
  • - external reviews of your work from 3rd parties
  • - directs shoppers to the Internet Movie Database
    (only available if your film is currently listed on the IMDb)
• You have nothing to lose! There is no cost unless your product sells. GOODINDIE will retain a 25% commission off the sale + $1 (packaging and packing material) for services provided. Decide how much you wish to retain for each DVD/CD sale. We will then determine what the online price will be. Keep in mind there is a balance between the amount that you wish to retain and what the market will bear
• GOODINDIE will forward funds for sold item on a per month basis. Payments can be sent via PayPal or by checks through snail mail
