The Kessler AXIS Head is designed for todays lighter
weight prosumer video cameras (10 lbs max). Pan and tilt your video camera
smoothly and accurately using a variable speed joystick control. Adjust the
speed of the head rotation by the pressure applied to the joystick.
HIGH TORQUE D/C GEAR MOTORS -
High quality coreless motors are used on the Kessler AXIS Head. Pan and
Tilt speeds from 0 to 5 RPM or 30° per second maximum rotation. 360°
rotation in 12 seconds maximum.
JOYSTICK CONTROLLED -
Variable speed joystick mounted directly in the control unit.
LINEAR JOYSTICK -
Each degree of movement reflects an equal amount of speed increase.
SWAPPABLE MOTOR POLARITY -
Direction of motors can be reversed in relation to the direction of the
joystick. If joystick is mounted sideways, swapping the cables will
change the direction of the joystick, making what was "left to right",
now control the "up and down" movement of the head.
10 POUND CAPACITY -
For DV / HDV cameras with a maximum weight of 10 pounds.
18 FOOT CABLE -
Cables come standard at 18 feet, with coiled pan cable. (Additional
cable, $2.50 per foot)
